An established organization committed to friendly, patient-centered healthcare is seeking a qualified family medicine physician for an employed opportunity in Shelbyville, IN (option to live in the Indianapolis metropolitan area).

Qualifications
- Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Indianapolis and must be board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
- Medical degree required

Will be working at 3 locations, but they are less than 3 miles from each other.
