PRM Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Worker
The Charter Township of Shelby Parks, Recreation and Maintenance Department is now accepting applications for a part-time/seasonal Grounds Maintenance WorkerApplicants must be at least 18 years old and have a current driver's license and clean driving record.
Interested candidates must be available to work approximately 30 - 40 hours a week, Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 6:

84 per hour, no benefitsSome duties associated with this classification include, but are not limited to:
Open parks; check/empty trash cans, check restrooms for cleanliness or problems, rake playground areas, etc.
Preparation of ball fields; rake, drag fields with groomer, chalk lines, change basesMow and whip turfWeed/mulch landscape bedsShovel snow, salt sidewalksTrim walk/hiking/biking trails of brushPlow sidewalks and parksPaintPick up and deliver parts and suppliesPlant flowers and shrubsAssist full time employees with various projectsApplications will be accepted until the position is filledOnly those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted by the Human Resource DepartmentShelby Township is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
