(Part-Time) Park Maintenance Worker
PAY RATE:
$13.
75 - $16.
20 per hour DOQ (up to 1,500 hours per year).
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Work activities in this position involve the custodial maintenance and basic maintenance of buildings, other park structures and signs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The list below is intended to describe the general nature of duties onlyEmployee shall perform other duties as assigned.
Cleans and maintains restrooms and picnic shelters throughout the parkCleans Office and Maintenance Buildings.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License is required.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to work varied hours.
Ability to traverse sandy, marshy or wooded areas with even or uneven terrain.
Ability to get along with co-workers, supervisors, and park visitors.
Will be required to work assigned Special Events, Weekends, Evenings and Holidays.
Will be required to adjust schedule to meet organizational needs.
Ability to perform essential duties.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Ability to load, unload and move materials from one location to another.
