Indigo Digital Press Operator

We are seeking a qualified operator for our Digital Press Department. This is a fast-paced, high volume environment, producing time-critical and quality-critical work.
Indigo Operator:
Qualified applicant must have experience in, but not limited to, the following:
o HP INDIGO 7600 or 7800
o Ability to demonstrate skills & abilities to operate & maintain digital print equipment with limited assistance.
o Troubleshoot equipment issues & perform routine maintenance.
o Perform directed press color calibration & maintenance to insure accuracy and consistency of color.
o Continually inspect jobs coming off equipment for completeness, accuracy and defects.
o Accurately review & understand work orders for special instructions.
o Check & maintain all needed supplies for operation of equipment.
o Participates in training & development programs as required of the position.
Qualified applicants must be able to work full time and overtime when necessary. Previous printing and/or digital print experience is necessary. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have good English reading and speaking skills. Must perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Must be able to work at a fast pace and be able to switch projects at a moments notice. HP Indigo Certified preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
